About We are a traditional family run monumental stonemasons, based in Manchester. We understand choosing a memorial is very difficult, we are here to help! Story We are a traditional family run monumental stonemasons, based in Manchester. Kevin started Crowley memorials in 2002, alongside his wife Yvonne. Yvonne and Alexandra (their niece) work alongside each other in the office and will be your first port of contact. Kevin has been working in the industry for over 30 years and is a member of NAMM (national association of memorial masons), BRAMM (British register of accredited monumental masons) and RQMF (Register of Qualified Memorial Fixers). As monumental masons we understand that this can be an emotionally draining time and we are here to help ease the process. Crowley Memorials prides itself on its old fashioned values of quality, integrity, dignity and respect. We are proud of our reputation within the wider community. Crowley memorials work alongside all faiths and have a particularly good reputation within the Jewish community, working towards deadlines for stone-settings which is incredibly important. Crowley memorials were awarded their first contract with Stockport council in 2004. After successfully tendering for a large re-instatement project. This contract went out to tender at various different stages and we have been awarded subsequent work. Also within the jurisdiction of Stockport we have beautifully renovated a former mayor of Stockport’s memorial - “Thomas Webb”. This received recognition by way of a publication within the local newspaper (please see attached) along with photos of progress of the memorial restoration. Crowley memorials are specialists at this type of renovation on large monuments and are fully equipped for all memorial restoration works.
