About Paxcroft Farm Story Edward Oatley and Son Ltd operate a number of businesses from its premises at Paxcroft Farm and Marsh farm in Hilperton. The company has 13,500 of its own free range laying hens, an egg packing station which packs about 1/2 million eggs each week for Paxcroft Farm Eggs and other local farmers. The Egg shop is just that, and serves around 2000 customers each week with the freshest eggs available anywhere in the world.Paxcroft Farm Eggs are distributed across the west country through our distribution partners the Good Egg Company. Over the past 10 years buildings have been converted and new buildings built to accommodate commercial tenants at Paxcroft and Marsh farm.
