"The Vfit Wellbeing Centre has recently moved back to the charming Village of Connor Downs, now located in the West Barn by Greenbank we will be offering unique, non traditional Yoga and Hot Yoga Classes as well as Indoor Fitness Classes, Sports Massage and Legendary Beach and Woodland based Bootcamps. Our staff are hand picked because of their superior qualifications but more for their friendly, approachable personalities.
