Story Hypnobirthing is logical, simple, practical and very effective. Hypnobirthing gives you the tools to have the best birth possible - for you. Tools taught include easy to learn self hypnosis, breathing techniques, positive visualisations and affirmations. These combined will help you to reach a state of deep relaxation and experience the joy of a natural childbirth. You will also learn the benefits of knowing how to make informed choices and gain a deeper understanding of how your body works during birthing to help release any fears you may have and build your confidence to work with your body. All of these combined will help you to be calm and in control of your birthing experience and enjoy it! Want to know more? Products -Various learning options including : --Private 1:1 training in the comfort of your own home a speciality. --Group classes --Skype classes - Generally 4 x 2.5 hr sessions, however this can be tailored to suit your needs. - As our foundation, we will use the KG Hypnobirthing book, relaxation CD and handouts - which you'll be given. - The course is much more than this. We will discuss several topics, do more relaxations than on cd and review lots of other resources as your interests lead us. - Continued support after course by phone or email. - Discount if more than 1 couple on the same course.
