I'm Maureen & I make all sorts of cakes for special occasions - wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cup cakes, cake pops, brownies etc.   See pictures for the sort of cakes - but you bring the idea & i will help develop it & then make it for you: from fresh ingredients that you'd recognise in a supermarket - butter, flour...etc, not from industrial tubs!. I'm happy doing cakes for cafes, or for one off birthdays or weddings. And if you need them gluten free - thats a bit of a speciality of mine. Cakes are boxed ready to transport so they get to where they're going in one piece.
