About Access Counselling is a discreet practice which provides professional counselling services to individuals, couples, families and groups. Story We provide a professional Counselling & Psychotherapy service to individuals, couples, families and groups. We incorporate choice theory which helps us to see, that we can create better feeling by changing our thinking and behaviour. This can be particularly helpful with anger, depression and addiction. We are committed to the provision of counselling & psychotherapy to support individuals and groups. We foster an environment that gives accessible and affordable counselling where necessary and create and environment with respect, trust and encouragement. The services we provide are one to one counselling of an extensive range of issues including: - Anxiety/Panic - Anger Management - Depression - Addiction - Relationships - Low Self Esteem - Life Changes - Bereavement We also offer group workshops in: - Anger Management - Self Development - Pre- Marriage Course - Relationship Course Our costs vary to make sure that everyone is catered for and we offer affordable counselling for students, low waged and unemployed.
