About Bloomfield Laser Clinic was first established in 1997 by Dr Julian Handley and Dr Robert Neil. It was initially based in Bangor in 2007, but since then has been re-located to The Lodge Medical Centre, in the village of Groomsport. Story Bloomfield Laser Clinic provides a full Dermatological and Cosmetic service. A solid reputation has been built on 15 years experience. Bloomfield Laser Clinic delivers medical excellence on a local and national level. Dr Handley is the Lead Clinician of the Northern Ireland Regional Laser Centre, Ulster Hospital, Dundonald.
