Free coffee if you're lucky! Impressum The best repair service We pride ourselves on our workshops, because we are able to keep you riding when you most need it. It you have an event coming up, but you need a part before then, we'll do our best to source it and fit it for you in time. We have Cytech qualified mechanics with decades of experience between them, so any problem you bring to us, we are confident that that we will be able to assist. No question is too silly or too small. We also offer a collect and drop off service — ask for more details. We offer service plans, which can save you around 30% on two years of servicing. You can have your bike cleaned with your service, and you will always get maintenance advice, if required, from our friendly, trained staff. If you have a really old bike that's been left in the garden for 3 years, and you don't know if it's worth repairing or not, we offer an evaluation service. We look over the bike, and quote for essential repairs, which enables you to make that decision. Benefit from Manufacturers Warranties Because our qualified and certified mechanics build our bicycles, the manufacturers warranty is never in question. (Manufacturers' warranties are invalid if bikes are not built by approved mechanics.) We also offer a free service for all our bikes after 12 weeks of riding, and if anything should go wrong with your bike within the warranty period, we will assist with communication with the manufacturer to get the fault resolved."Cycle Revolution opened its first cycle store in Ipswich in 1984, having started life in the family garage.
