We were exhausted , worried and clueless on how to get her to sleep through the night. Her sleep schedule was impacting her whole day and eating pattern as well which wasn’t ideal. I had zero confidence in doing the “cry it out method” since i find it extreme. Dee came through with a plan and made the most gentle transition for us. I can happily say that my baby sleeps on her own, in her bedroom and for 10-11 hours straight. No less than a miracle. I do have to say that it was very very hard.I have cried with exhaustion and felt like giving up many times . It was two months of struggle but Dee’s method works! She kept tweaking the routine to suit our needs. If anyone is planning to get help for sleep training, do not look further . It could take 1.5 hours of wild behaviour and extreme patience or lack of from us. Even then she didn’t sleep through, waking twice at least and always ending up in our bed. When our son was born, we couldn’t handle two babies not sleeping and so we called Dee. It was all remote due to the pandemic lockdown, but that didn’t cause any issues! All it took was two zoom calls, a written plan and us sticking to the plan... actually sticking to it... and within two weeks our daughter was going to bed at 7pm with ZERO fuss. She is now 2 years and 3 months old and she loves going to be bed, proudly shouting NIGHT NIGHT with big hugs and kisses and then sleeps through 12 hours!! Dee changed our life and gave us our evening back! Be warned, the two weeks can be hell, with LOTS of crying, from both parties, but once you’ve done it, it’s life changing! Thank you Dee!!!!"},{"text":"I have used Dee twice, once when my son was going through his 16 week regression and again when he turned 2 and his bedtime routine turned to custard. She is so supportive, patient and kind. She got us through such stressful periods and I couldn't recommend her enough."},{"text":"Really disappointed. I discussed with Dee in advance about her method as I am not ok with leaving my baby to cry. She agreed, but then when she turned up her approach was to let them cry while you sit with them. This might work for some people but it wasn't prepared to sit by while my baby cries. Not recommended for those seeking a gentle approach."},{"text":"Dee and Nic at Sleep Fairy have absolutely transformed our lives. Our baby had never been a good sleeper but by 6/7 months he had gone from bad to worse, to the point where we were getting perhaps an hour or two of sleep at night. We felt we had tried everything, but Nic helped us to stop feeding him to sleep and put in sleep training techniques that we were comfortable with no crying it out!. Now he reliably sleeps 11-11.5 hours at night and has 2 good naps in his cot every day. Obviously you get hiccups at times but even his eating and milk intake has improved.
