We also have a squash court available for members and non members at great prices. Sunbeds are also available at the best price in town, 5 minutes for only £1 on our lay down powerbed which is also for members and non members. We offer a huge range of classes both day and evening including spin, boxercise, zumba, hip hop dance and pilates to name a few, please see below for class times and prices. We also have open sessions for bag and pad work now with brand new boxing equipment. Dynamix Sports Leisure also provide high quality sports nutrition & bodybuilding supplements. Firs Bar Lounge is also under new ownership, newly refurbished and offers a fresh new menu to suit everyone with a pool table, darts, amazing drinks prices, a fun friendly environment and a family garden with childrens play area. The bar is perfect for everyone, we show all the sports and events, have fun disco nights with a DJ and the friendly bar staff will ensure you have a great experience at the Firs Lounge Bar. The bar is open to members and non members 7 days a week open from 1230pm until late. We also offer a number of function rooms for any events you have planned ranging from meetings in an office style layout to a fully functional nightclub for a large event! The nightclub area is the only venue in the area to offer its very own entrance, toilets, bar and DJ booth. The bar function room is perfect for events with a DJ as it has its very own dancefloor and drinks can be purchased from the main bar. For larger meetings we can also set this room up as it provides a projector screen. We offer a number of options for any occasion with buffet, DJ and security options at competitive prices.
