About Uppingham Surgery is a dynamic, forward-looking, GP Training GMS practice which aims to provide the highest quality care within the resources available.The main branch is set in Uppingham, there are three branch surgeries at Barrowden, Gretton and Ketton. Story Our surgery is located at the edge of the historic market town of Uppingham. We are fortunate to be surrounded by stunning countryside and numerous picturesque villages.
