"The Joint Community Rehabilitation JCR Service is a countywide integrated service that supports adults to regain their independence in their own home and improve their quality of life. It is comprised of three teams that cover different parts of East Sussex: one team covering the Hastings Borough and Rother District area, one team covering Eastbourne Downs, and one team covering the High Weald, Lewes and Havens area. The JCR service is a partnership between East Sussex County Council Adult Social Care and NHS East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust."
