About * We open seasonaly from April {or Easter if sooner} until the end of October. Story Light lunches, freshly made salads, delicious home made cakes, scones and desserts. Including a childrens' menu and a small range of Gluten Free options. A warm, friendly atmosphere with beautiful views across the Cheshire Plains towards Beeston and the Peckforton Hills.. We are signposted on the A539 Ruabon to Llangollen Road by the Aussie Rooster Public House in Trevor. Just a stone's throw away from the UNESCO World Heritage site at the Froncysyllte Aqueduct as well as Llangollen's historic 'Panorama Walk' and Dinas Bran Castle - perfect for walkers, cyclists and those in search of a good cup of tea. Children welcome :) We take bookings for lunch, so if you think the weather might be a little bit questionable or you are coming in a group, phone ahead and we can keep you a table. Open Weds - Sun (and bank holidays), Easter - October. Well behaved dogs welcome (outside only, please make sure your dog is on a lead).
