About Pro Boxing Gym Story The Seconds Out Gym has been set up to provide coaching, managing and promotion of professional boxers. Our gym is fully equipped with a boxing ring, heavy bags, wall pads, weights and everything needed for a great boxing circuit workout. It is also open to anyone wanting to get fit, lose weight, tone up, gain technique and balance, self defence, self discipline and self confidence and get healthy at the same time. The list is endless. Sessions are £3 per session or £10 for the week. One on one sessions £25 or £40 for a group of 2+
