About We are an all ladies gym, based in Lytham. We specialise in assisted exercise equipment which can help increase mobility, strength and fitness Story Come and join our ladies only gym, Our members age from age 16 years upto 90 years old. We specialise in assisted exercise equipment that can help increase fitness, mobility, strength and energy levels. Our equipment can also prevent alleviate or reduce the risk of many common health problems including Arthritis, low back pain, cardio vascular disease, asthma and many more. Each assisted exercise machine is specially designed to exercise more than one body part at the same time, halving the time it takes to see the results. Just two to three 30 minute sessions per week is all it takes to see great results. Along with the assisted equipment we also have cardio equipment which include a cross trainer and a vibro plate Memberships All our memberships allow full peak access to the club Free body composition analysis - this is to analysis your body fat and muscle mass.
