"Hangar HPC is a Performance Gym specialising in Strength, Conditioning and Combat Sports. We have something for everyone, plus a really great, supportive community where we lift each other up, as well as our bars! Plenty of brand-new equipment: Bumper Plates, Olympic Plates, Spinlock Bars, Competition Kettlebells, Squat Racks and Lifting Platforms. We have a S&C program included in the £45 monthly membership. We have MMA, Freestyle Wrestling and other Combat Sports. Plus pole and spin classes."
