It’s an easy 10 minute walk from the town centre or if visiting by car just 5 minutes from the West Park leisure centre where there is ample free parking.West Park paths We offer a fantastic variety of tasty snacks and refreshing drinks in peaceful surroundings with seating inside and out. Playgrounds for toddlers and older kids are close-by to keep the younger ones amused while you could relax with a cream tea listening to music drifting from the Victorian bandstand.West Park Victorian Bandstand When the weather is hot, stop by for a cooling ice cream or lolly! There is always a bowl of fresh water for thirsty dogs as well, although most will prefer a paddle in the nearby Golden Brook.
