Mission Stepping Stones’ mission is to improve the mental health and well being of adults in West Dunbartonshire by helping them to prevent, cope with and recover from, issues that may affect their mental health and well being. We provide a range of services, facilities and opportunities delivered by professionals and peers, on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting. Through helping people to help themselves and others, we will work together to ensure that people with a mental health issue are accepting and accepted, so that positive mental health and wellbeing becomes a way of life in West Dunbartonshire.
