About Recreational boxing gym and fitness studio. We Are all about community cohesion,Building confidence through fitness and boxing. Story Recreational boxing gym and fitness studio. Mission We work with individuals, schools, youth groups/clubs, businesses and other community groups/organisations that provide youth provision. Everyone is welcome regardless of where they live, their ability, age or sex. We provide boxing and fitness coaching and training including the national boxing awards, as well as one to one coaching and mentoring for groups or individuals, including advice on nutrition and health related issues. Advice and guidance will be given should candidates wish to compete at an amateur boxing level. Products Courses Boxing tutoring courses for interested individuals are also held, which then entitles the tutor to deliver the boxing awards in all different settings. First aid, and other sports related education programs, and basic education training programs are soon to be held.
