About Teams Medical Practice Story Our Practice is highly Patient focused and we have a multidisciplinary approach to patients’ health care. We aim to deliver the best for our patients by combining the skills of the practice team with other health and social care workers in the community. We provide modern health care facilities and focus on continually improving the health of our patients and residents of the community. The Teams Medical Practice core area is postcode NE8 and NE11 (North of Ravensworth Castle, for example Kibblesworth is outside the practice area). We have an open list and anyone living in the core area is welcome to apply to register with us. Please note we open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm excluding Bank Holidays.
