Both administratively disorganised. Despite ringing up beforehand to check they had my xray and mri report I was assured they were aware of and organising. Come the day of the appointments no xray or pdf of mri available. A 40 minute wait while the xray was downloaded. Second appointment I had to show the consultant the mri results on my phone. Consultant dismissive despite having impressive personal write up. Had an appointment with a doctor who seemed to be reading what little information he had after I sat down? Told me he hadn’t seen my records , didn’t have any info on the biopsies or access to them n wasn’t sure why I was there?? Very laid back and uninterested so as I’m under the hospital due scan findings Iv no idea what happens next- will go back to my doctors and ask them! Overall not impressed at all, a total waste of everyone’s time and based on this I wouldn’t recommend!"}]
