About We are an award-winning bakery based in the heart of the Cotswolds that makes delicious biscuits, cakes and more. Story In 2010 Four Anjels was founded by Andrea Stevens, Steve Greenhalgh, Dr Barry Cronin & Trevor Stephens inspired by their vision of creating a bakery in the heart of the Cotswold’s that employs passionate bakers to make bespoke hand made products. The company began with 5 staff, 1 oven and 1 mixing bowl producing a range of biscuits for a handful of independent shops. Today, we our expert team of 39 bake for a range of well known brands and independent retailers, coffee shops and food service outlets. Mission To produce award winning products with a professional, straight-forward and uncomplicated attitude. Products We produce a large range of cakes and biscuits, using the best natural ingredients and also award winning 'free from' and 'gluten free' alternatives.
