About Our four Pilates studios - Harpenden, St Albans, Milton Keynes and Dunstable. Body Control Pilates Teachers in the Beds, Bucks and Herts Area. Story The Pilates Workshop was founded in 2009 with the aim of making the benefits of Body Control Pilates accessible to everyone throughout Herts, Beds and Bucks. We currently offer more than 50 weekly Matwork Pilates classes for all a levels and abilities at over 10 locations throughout the area. We have an outstanding team of experienced Body Control Pilates teachers. We also offer private tuition on Pilates machines ie. Reformer, Cadilac, Chair, to enhance your matwork experience.
