Story Roslyn Docherty qualified as a beauty therapist in 1994 and within months of gaining her HND she opened her first salon, The Essence, in Renfrew. Roslyn’s high standards of hygiene, customer service and quality of treatments all contributed to her quickly building and maintaining a very loyal client base. It is with thanks to all the clients that have passed through The Essence’s doors, that the salon is such a success. Professional development has always been important to Roslyn and over the years she and her staff have continued to develop their therapeutic skills by undertaking training in other therapies and more advanced treatments, keeping up with market trends. Roslyn prides herself on the friendliness of her staff and the quality of service they provide - listening to, understanding and meeting the requirements of customers.
