About Welcome to the official Telford Fitness & Wellbeing Centre page. Find out what’s happening in your local centre, have a chat with your team about new classes, free events or just to say hi! Story At Nuffield Health we pride ourselves in our expertise when it comes to fitness and wellbeing. Nuffield is not your normal gym as we work around your personal fitness score to design a program that will help you achieve the goals you set for yourself. Our fitness centre offer over 60 classes a week which starts from as early as 6:45 in the morning and late evening to be able to help you find that extra bit of motivation. We have a Free Meet the experts event each month where you can come in and ask questions and get tips and ideas in how to lead a more healthy lifestyle. We also have a café bar which serves healthy snacks and lunches, keep and eye our for our offers! Our Spa retreat offers a great range of treatments designed to help you relax and unwind. We have great range of offers each month which is available for members and non members of the club.
