About We are an Independent Specialist College based in Wood Green, catering for a variety of special needs and requirements Story Area 51 is an Independent Specialist Provider for young people who have severe, complex or profound learning difficulties. We deliver full-time courses in preparation for life and work, enabling our young people to make a successful transition from childhood to adulthood. And, we don’t just stop at education! Go on our website and check out our pages for Future Ray - an adult access programme offering activities from one day up to five days per week; and Clean It, our first social enterprise company run by six of our ‘graduates’ from the Pathways to Work programme.
