About At Fitness-Worx, it is our mission to help you achieve your potential and goals through fitness. You can find our training facilities in Kenilworth and Warwick, which can offer a wide range of fitness and training functions. Story Fitness Worx is a gym for all. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your fitness, or just want to lift some weights, we can cater for you. At both of the Fitness Worx facilities, you will find a full range of free weights and plate loaded machines, cardio equipment and astro turf. If you have or are looking for functional style training, we have our kettle bell stations, TRX units and state of the art Olympic platform sections. Do you find it difficult to motivate yourself? We offer 1-2-1 private personal training sessions, where you will be trained individually in a separate studio.
