About XS Taekwon-do classes are led by Chief Instructor Marie McAneny – 5th Degree International Instructor with a team of professional full time Instructors. Story Long and well established club, please note the training times are: SUNDAYS: Dragons (3 & 4 yrs) : 11am to 12pm Rainbows (5 to 7yrs) : 12pm to 1pm Juniors (8 to 12yrs) : 1pm to 2pm Juniors (blue stripes & above) : 2pm to 3pm Adults (13yrs and above) : 3pm to 4pm MONDAYS: Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4pm to 5pm WEDNESDAYS: Family class (All ages & all grades) : 4pm to 5pm Also Classes at the New Town Hall THURSDAYS: Dragons & Rainbows (3 to 7yrs) : 4.45pm to 5.45pm Juniors (8 to 12yrs) : 5.45pm to 6.45pm Juniors (blue stripes & above) : 6.45pm to 7.45pm Adults (13yrs and above) : 7.45pm to 9.15pm Not All Taekwon-do Clubs are the same.
