About Don't put up with foot pain. Put your feet in Carole's experienced hands with over 30 years in private practice and set within The Althos Clinic since 2012 Story I started my work post-graduation in 1979 working for the NHS in Dundee. I began this experience working in a small clinic in Broughty Ferry. I also worked in the Diabetic Clinic at Ninewells Hospital. I gained promotion after 3 years to Senior 1 schools chiropodist. In 1984 I felt there was an opportunity to start my own private practice in Aberfeldy. My parents had moved there and I could see there was a need for someone in the area. This became a full time practice which I enjoyed from the start. I have continued to work in private practice ever since and have moved it first to Auchterarder and since 2006 to Perth. I used to work from a surgery in my home, but since 2012 I have joined The Althos Clinic. This has proved very beneficial to my practice as there are we are a team who mutually support each other. There can be a sharing of knowledge between all the disciplines which can be of great benefit to patients and practitioners alike.
