About At The Hilltop Hotel we strive to provide the best local ales to our customers. We have a wide selection which changes from week to week. Story The Hilltop Hotel is a lovely traditional pub situated in Conisbrough, Doncaster. It is the home of John and Julie Bulcroft who have worked hard to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for all their customers. The aim for John and Julie is to provide their customers with the best local ales and fine whiskeys, making sure there is always a wide selection behind the bar. As head chef, Julie also produces high quality food, using fresh produce and the finest cuts of prime beef. As part of the CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) association, The Hilltop Hotel was proudly awarded the Pub of the Season for Summer 2011 and Autumn 2013.
