About We are specialist rugby kit manufacturers based in the Uk with 25 years experience of producing dye sublimation rugby kits Story The garments we manufacture are highly regarded as some of the best within the industry. To achieve this we operate from a new 5000sqft factory using the latest wide format digital dye sublimation printers. With four Mutoh Vipers and three Roland Soljet Pro3 we operate ensure accurate, high definition reliable printing with a capability in excess of 400 sets of papers per day! Once the sets of papers are printed they are heat transfered using our Atkins Tap2, Monti Antonio or Klieverik transfer press systems enabling us to transfer in panel form or roll to roll. The printed fabric is cut and sewn together by our teams of experienced cutters and machinists before being inspected, packed and dispatched to valued clients. Products Rugby Shirts and Shorts.
