About We are a not for profit community business, owned and managed by people who live and work in Lancashire. We have offices in Preston and Skelmersdale Ecumenical Centre, and visit Morecambe Library and Lancaster YMCA every fortnight. Story We are here to help residents who cannot get help from a bank or building society by providing a range of products.
