"Here in Brookwood we serve the finest Steaks, Seafood & Cocktails across 3 floors of dining.We are passionate about Irish beef which is world renowned for it`s superior taste and quality. All of our beef is sourced from the finest Irish Black Angus herds. We only use one butcher, Mr. Rick Higgins, a 4th generation butcher. He uses traditional dry ageing methods and hangs our beef for a minimum of 35 days. He then hand cuts and delivers to us daily.To complete your Brookwood experience, our expert bar tenders are always on hand, ready to serve you the finest cocktails.
