"Duart Castle is the 14th century home of the Clan Maclean and is still lived in by the 28th Chief of the Clan. There are 4 floors of the Keep for you to explore which are fully furnished and home to many interesting artifacts and exhibits. Visit the Banqueting Hall, State Bedroom, Kitchen and the dungeons. You can also enjoy spectacular views from the battlements up Loch Linnhe and the Sound of Mull.Visit our Giftshop, full of many Scottish made products and the Tearoom, where staff bake cakes daily and make fresh soup and sandwiches for you to enjoy.Explore the grounds including the Millennium Wood, planted by the Chief.Dogs welcome in the grounds but not allowed in any of the buildings onsite except assistance dogs"
