"We have been making our own gelato in Portstewart for 13 years. We make it in small batches using local Ballyrashane milk and cream, and the best Italian ingredients. We continually develop new recipes and expand our range of flavours, experimenting with interesting combinations and coming up with new ones. You can watch us make it in our ‘Gelato Lab’ and see the whole process, from pasteurisation to final decoration. We have hundreds of flavours, with up to 54 on display. We take pride in our presentation, and believe gelato should look as amazing as it tastes!"
