"They say that best things happen when two worlds collide. In our case, Moroccan heritage meets pop culture fun.Our Executive Chef, Aziz is a Marrakesh native. He started learning the secrets of Moroccan cuisine from his grandmother at an early age and later on, he followed his heart and studied gastronomy. With experience spanning over 20 years across both Moroccan and international cuisine, Aziz saw an opportunity to express his love and passion for Moroccan food when his friends decided to open Marrakesh by Mindo in May 2018.But food goes hand in hand with music and so we made Marrakesh by Mindo a Moroccan restaurant with a modern twist.
