""Quality baking through the generations". We are an award winning traditional bakery on the high streets of Coatbridge and Airdrie and have been supplying the community for over 80 years. Our main bakery in Airdrie, provides our customers with the freshest products they can buy locally daily and makes everything from mornings roll to sausage rolls, plain bread to shortbread. We use local raw material suppliers, including our flour, milk, meat and fresh fruit. We employ over 40 staff, some of whom have been with the business for over 30 years. Owner Andrew Chisholm is a 3rd generation baker who is very passionate about baking. He has owned the business since 2012. We support local community fundraisers, charities and Albion Rovers pies."
