"Italian Deli in BournemouthMy name is Giovanni Dora and I am the owner/chef of Deli Rocks,I was born in London, to Italian parents from Parma, "the Capital of Food", who both worked in catering.I grew up surrounded by homemade food, from fresh pasta to the best Parma ham and the finest selection of Parmigiano Reggiano.Whilst working in a delicatessen in Green Park, London, I decided to combine my parents’ culinary background with my modern views on how a delicatessen ought to be: not a sterile, but a vibrant environment.
