Story The bar design offers soft leather alcove seating with mood lighting, why not take advantage of “Book a booth” which comes with a “Very Reserved” sign. Your own private booth is a great way to spend the weekend evenings with friends (which seats up to six). Sip chilled Champagne or cocktails whilst the DJ plays in the new hottest destination in town! French lavender is grown, as is mint and lemon sage all of which are key ingredients for just a few of the Waterhouse signature cocktails, the mixologists are proud of their creations which include earl grey martini served in a glass tea pot and the Brighton rocks! served with Brighton stamped rock, to name just two.
