About Traditional Fish & Chips and real London Pie, Mash & Liquor. Gluten-free batter always available and fried in our dedicated Gluten-free fryer. Story We are a family run business who pride ourselves in serving the finest, sustainable fish alongside locally sourced potatoes. Having served the Brighton & Hove area for over 25 years we know that quality is of the utmost importance, that's why we've carefully selected our suppliers so that we can provide you good quality, fresh ingredients . Our is fish is sustainably harvested in the Arctic waters of the North Atlantic which gives it a deeper, more muscular body giving you a more succulent flakey fish. Our chips are hand peeled and chipped, made using a carefully chosen potato sourced from a farm within 20 miles of the shop. Alongside the Fish & Chips, we also serve traditional London Pie, Mash & Liquor sauce. Our pies and Liquor are handmade and supplied to us by one of London's oldest 'Pie n Mash' shops. You gotta try it with the Chilli Vinegar and White Pepper! We also know that the kids have to eat well too so we offer them the choice of Cod Bites - a fillet of cod cut into small pieces - and 100% Chicken breast nuggets.
