About Welcome to the official site of Curry Leaves, Clapham, London! Story Cooking and creating a new dish is my passion. It was inside me from a very young age. It came from my mother who is a very well known cook in our small city. My origin is from Nepal where there is a culture-like system that every Nepali should be in the Gurkhas Army for Great Britain. I was unable to be a Gurkha and because of that it was hard to make a decision about what I wanted to be in future. When I came to England I started working as a chef in a seafood restaurant but inside me there was a desire to create my own food which I wanted to introduce in different parts of the world.
