About Independent brewery in Leeds. Story Leeds Brewery was established in 2007. It is the city's largest brewery. We combine the latest in brewing technology with time honoured skills and use the finest ingredients – choicest hops, select British malted barley and our unique Yorkshire yeast – to create truly exceptional beers. Products The cask range: Leeds Pale 3.8% an easy drinking pale ale, Yorkshire Gold - 4.0% a light hoppy bitter, Leeds Best 4.3% classic Yorkshire bitter, Midnight Bell - 4.8% a premium dark mild. Seasonal beers available. The bottle range Leeds Best -4.3% 500ml a classic Yorkshire bitter, Hellfire - 5.2% a crisp pale bitter
