"West Denton Pool and Fitness Centre and All Saints Sports Centre together have a new name: West Denton Leisure Centre. The former 'pool and fitness centre' site boasts the longest swimming pool in Newcastle at 33m, alongside a beginners teaching pool and a training tank. The large and small pool halls were completely retiled, painted and revamped in 2015 bringing a fresh modern look to the building. The centre follows ASA stage swimming lessons for all ages with its Better Swim School Programme Over at the former All Saints Sports Centre site a £1 million investment is now complete. Work include an extended fitness gym with Technogym and progression equipment and a functional training area."
