About Zouk Tea Bar & Grill is an award-winning new generation Indian and Pakistani restaurant in Manchester and Bradford. Story Driven by a passion to refresh Indian and Pakistani cooking for today’s more health conscious diner, Zouk first opened its doors in 2006. Brothers Tayub and Mudassar Amjad wanted to share their love of authentic recipes with a modern twist, served in a relaxed contemporary setting. Combining street food from the markets of Lahore with traditional dishes from the Indian sub-continent, Zouk is a true melting pot of the very best in modern and traditional cookery.
