Mission To create new and unique beer styles that challenge people's perception of beer. In short: to create true Craft Beers. Products Each beer has a unique four-digit code. The first two digits are the Style (01 for Saison, 03 for Porter, 05 for India Pale Ale, for example) and the second two digits denote the Recipe, which may be a single hop, combination of hops, or other notable ingredients that define the beer. Through this cataloguing system we have explored over twenty-five different styles and have an archive of recipes to which we may return, or create new ones to join them.
