About A 23 bedroom pub on the River Hamble serving delicious food and an excellent range of wines, beers and spirits Story With our prime location a few moments’ walk from the magnificent marina at Lower Swanwick, The Navigator pub, its restaurant and private dining room fully embrace the iconic ambience associated with the seafaring traditions of this lovely part of Hampshire. It’s an association that made the area around the River Hamble the ideal location for the filming of the hit TV series Howards’ Way and a theme that creates the unique environment our guests absolutely love.
