About Here at The Watsons Bakery, baking is our passion. We use only the finest and freshest ingredients. Story OUR STORY Watsons Bakery has been owned and managed by the McBean family for over 50 years. The business was started by William and Rebecca McBean and the tradition of baking continues today by their family, Billy, Rhona and Graeme who still work in the shop.
