Rooms: The room is lovely. Shower head could be atended too. As dribbles a bit. Strange the sink don't empty. Put my clothes on what I thought was an empty sink only to wet them.....nice size fridge. Beds so comfy and was soooo quiet couldn't believe it was in the heart of everything but really quiet Nearby activities: Arena bars restaurants clubs shops Tesco. You can eat high end or cafes and street food.... Safety: The lifts only work with a key card so outsiders can't go anywhere Walkability: Everything you need is close. Tesco local is just a 1 minute walk. Clubs bars restraurants and the arena easy to walk too Food & drinks: The hotel is in the heart of many, many restraurants and eateries and bars"},{"text":"I loved the location of the hotel as it is at the Mailbox which has shopping, restaurants and a beautiful canal. The hotel was clean and the reception staff friendly and efficient. A special shout out to Ali at the front desk. He was so helpful in helping me navigate the city to get to my appointment and to the sights I wanted to see. He also made some recommendations that I fully followed. Every reception desk should have some like Ali to make the guest feel so welcomed and help them make the most of their time in town."},{"text":"Fantastic location right by the mailbox and overlooking the canal. The staff here are extremely accommodating and approachable. We had several issues with the room, but the staff took this on board and dealt with matters appropriately. The breakfast was buffet and an extra charge if you want it. I'd say breakfast was just ok. I would definitely stay again due to the great location to access the cube and Bullring shopping!
