About The City of London's first dedicated Yoga and Pilates centre. Story At Blue Cow Yoga, we’ve taken a fresh look at Yoga. We’ve thought about the bits that work really well and made more of them. We’ve also isolated the bits that aren’t so great, and taken the time to re-interpret them. What you get is a fresh, new, upgraded version of Yoga. Less worthy, less exclusive, more dynamic, and more empowering. Yoga delivered in a new space, dedicated space, a space which you ultimately help to shape. At Blue Cow Yoga we believe that Yoga is a way of life with active benefits, not lifestyle sacrifices. We’re ready when you are. Mission Our Mission… To provide the opportunity for busy City professionals a place to call home to practise Yoga and get that much needed reset and recharge! Based only a three minute walk from Bank and Moorgate tube stations we are only a short distance away for anyone within The City who wants to commit to regular sessions, or just drop-in and give Yoga a try. Products Opening times and Scheduling Classes are scheduled regularly throughout the day, starting from 7am 8pm including 45min lunchtime classes, ensuring you can take that last minute phone call and still make the next class. Lunch time classes have been specifically designed to give the mental and physical boost you need if you can’t fit in a practice at other times of the day. These classes will last 45 minutes to allow you to work out and get back to your desk within an hour’s time frame Blue Cow provides Vinyasa Flow classes including some restorative and meditative add-ons to complement your practice. Classes have been designed and styles chosen to fit the needs of the busy professional....giving you the ability to select a class and create a practice based on your needs and abilities.
