Located just a two-minute walk from Holborn Underground station or a ten-minute walk from Chancery Lane Underground station, Fitness First High Holborn has a cardio theatre, spin studio, sauna, and gym floor. Members are also given fresh towels upon arrival.If it’s group exercise classes that you’re interested in, High Holborn’s weekly timetable of classes includes SHRED, Body Pump, yoga, spin, boot camp, Body Attack, and freestyle, to highlight just a few.
